Cancellation & Refunds policy

1.1 Cancellation by User

• More than 24 hours before appointment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the consultation fee.

• Less than 24 hours before appointment: No refund applies.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation.

1.2 Cancellation by Talk with YO

• If we cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

1.3 Digital Products

• All digital products (PDF guides and other visual materials) are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
